Please use your invoice number as a reference so we can reconcile the payment correctly.
Once payment is received in our account and we have reconciled the payment in our system, we will email you a receipt to confirm.
Use your Visa, MasterCard or AmEx branded credit/debit card to make payment via our secure online client portal:
Login to the client portal here
Select the invoice/s you'd like to pay then click Make Payment
Select the amount you'd like to pay and your card type then click Make Payment
Enter your card details then click Submit
Once payment is processed, you will receive an email receipt (the system will also automatically allocate the payment within our system).
If you don't yet have a login, click the Forgotten Password link then enter your email address and click Reset Password. An email will be sent to you with a link to create a password. You can then use your email address & new password to login to the portal (here, you can also view details of any quotations and bookings you have made with us).
Alternatively, we can take payment over the phone. To do so, please call the office on 08 6185 1333 8am-4pm Monday-Friday so one of our friendly team can assist.
Please note card payments attract a surcharge of 1.7%.
If you wish to make payment via cash on pick-up, please advise us when making your booking so that we can advise the driver to facilitate.
Please note drivers do not carry change
Once funds are received back at the office and reconciled, we will email you a receipt to confirm.
