About Us
Rove Charters is a family owned and operated small business, established in 2017. We offer transport options for tours, transfers and charters 24 hours a day by prior booking.
We operate in the Perth metropolitan area and can also provide services to/from regional locations within 700km of Perth.
From our beginnings as a single vehicle sole operator providing local services, we have now grown to operate a fleet of vehicles ranging from an SUV and people-movers to buses and coaches, servicing thousands of transport movements travelling hundreds of thousands of kilometres each year.
Over the past few years, Rove has acquired Airport Sunset Coast Shuttle, Sunset 24/7 Charters and Wanneroo Bus Charter which all now operate under the Rove Charters brand.
In 2021, we acquired Coastal Shuttle Service which now operates as part of the Rove group providing services for maritime crew.
In 2023, X-Factor Coachlines merged with Rove. This added extra buses/coaches to the fleet, as well as expanding our school and club services.
In late 2024, Elite Tours joined the Rove family, further expanding our tour and day trip services with an additional coach.
For your safety and comfort, our vehicles are inspected, cleaned and serviced regularly.
We also have luggage trailers and child seats available to hire with most vehicles and two of our buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts and restraint systems.
Our team has also grown along with us and we’re proud to currently employ a team of 12 friendly office & driving staff, who keep our clients moving every day of the year.

We hold fully comprehensive charter vehicle and public liability insurances, covering our vehicles and drivers for charter work. We are an Authorised On-Demand Booking Service, hold Passenger Transport Vehicle authorities for all vehicles we operate, all drivers hold a Passenger Transport Driver authority and some drivers have Working With Children Check cards, too.

6. Computerised system
The software we use was developed specifically for passenger transport operators, by people with real transport industry experience. Quotes, bookings, invoicing and vehicle & driver scheduling is performed within the software to ensure we keep track of all details relevant to your booking. There is also an online quotation tool built into our website which sends your enquiry directly to our system, and a "My Account" feature where you can view details of your quotes and bookings.
7. Direct contact
We personally attend to all calls, messages and emails ourselves. No interstate or overseas call centres; no chat bots pretending to be humans. We can also connect you directly with your driver, in case you need to speak to them urgently during your booking.

We have over a decade of experience in the passenger transport industry. We also have industry partners we work with, adding many more years of experience you can rely on.
9. Safety
Our fatigue management policy is in place to ensure our drivers get enough rest to stay safe on the road. Our vehicles are inspected and serviced regularly to ensure they are safe and reliable to operate. As well as all our vehicles being seat-belt equipped, we have a number of child seats for various ages, as well as 3 sets of wheelchair restaints (with in-built seat-belts).

In order to improve our services, we are continually on the lookout to develop relationships with other local operators. Having industry partners we can rely on means a larger selection of vehicles, and additional drivers available, to ensure we can assist with a variety of transport needs.
