Airport Meet & Greet Information

T1 Domestic

Your driver will arrive approximately 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. They will meet you in the arrivals hall (holding a name sign), near the luggage carousel assigned to your flight.

Please note Meet & Greet may not be possible for bus/coach pickups, as Perth Airport requires that drivers remain with vehicles utilising bus lanes. In these circumstances, please meet your driver at the bus lane located to the south of the terminal. Exit the terminal via the southern door (to your right just after the sleeping pods), then follow the crosswalk to the bus bays.

T2 Domestic

Your driver will arrive approximately 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. They will meet you in the arrivals hall (holding a name sign), near the luggage carousel assigned to your flight.

Please note Meet & Greet may not be possible for bus/coach pickups, as Perth Airport requires that drivers remain with vehicles utilising bus lanes. In these circumstances, please meet your driver at the bus lane located to the north-east of the terminal. Exit the terminal via the northern door onto the concourse, then follow the walkway toward the taxi rank; the bus lane is the second lane, beside the taxi rank.

T3 & T4 Domestic

Your driver will arrive approximately 15 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. They will meet you in the arrivals hall (holding a name sign), near the luggage carousel assigned to your flight.

Please note Meet & Greet may not be possible for bus/coach pickups, as Perth Airport requires that drivers remain with vehicles utilising bus lanes. In these circumstances, please meet your driver at the bus lane located to the west of the terminal. From T4, exit the terminal via the door between Crate cafe and the car rental counters, then follow the crosswalk to the second traffic lane (this is the bus lane) and turn left. From T3, exit the terminal via the doors opposite the check-in counters, then follow the crosswalk to the second traffic lane (this is the bus lane) and turn right.

T1 International

Your driver will arrive approximately 30 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. They will meet you in the arrivals hall (holding a name sign), in the area near the Vodafone & Optus stores.

T3 International

Your driver will arrive approximately 30 minutes after your scheduled arrival time. They will meet you in the arrivals hall (holding a name sign), near the exit toward the taxi rank.

In these circumstances, please meet your driver at the bus lane located to the west of the terminal. Exit the terminal via the door nearest to the taxi rank, then follow the crosswalk to the second traffic lane (this is the bus lane) and turn right.
