General Office Hours

Our general office hours are 08.00-16.00 7 days (in times of high driving demand hours may vary).

Minimum Notice Period

For new booking and change requests: the earlier of 12 hours prior to pickup or by 4pm the day prior to pickup.

Last-minute requests will be accommodated where possible.

After Hours Emergency Contact

For last-minute cancellations or urgent contact for bookings in progress outside office hours, please call the office and press option 1.
