1. Is alcohol allowed on-board?

Consumption of alcohol is not allowed aboard any of our vehicles. This is considered "street drinking" and is not permitted by WA law. For the comfort of other passengers, we ask that no food or drink is consumed in any of our vehicles. If cleaning is required due to the unauthorised consumption of food or drinks (including sickness due to consumption of alcohol prior to boarding the vehicle), we reserve the right to pass this cost onto the hirer.

We do not operate party buses. There are plenty of operators in the Perth area that do, and they do a great job in this sector, so we'll leave it to them.

7. What’s the difference between a charter and rideshare transfer?

A charter is a pre-booked service with an agreed pickup time (subject to traffic/other factors outside the operators control), while rideshare is based on the premise that the vehicle is already on the road and in the pickup area. Rideshare cannot be pre-booked (“pre-booking” options offered by rideshare services are not true, confirmed bookings; this is not possible due to the nature of the service). Rideshare trips will generally be cheaper than the same trip on a charter service, due to the premise that the vehicle & driver are already heading in the direction that you wish to travel, and are already on the road. Insuring a vehicle for charter work is also more expensive than for personal/rideshare use and the operator may have other costs, depending on the services they offer. There will also usually be additional benefits to charter customers. These may include uniformed/formally attired drivers (in particular for special occasions), meet & greet inside airport terminals, a range of payment options, additional services (such as tours) & vehicles (such as buses, coaches or limosuines) available, availability in areas where rideshare services don’t operate, and more.
